Rules Lawyer is a product operated by Kevin Jonas, sole proprietor. In these terms, “Rules Lawyer,” “we,” and “us” refer to Kevin Jonas. By using Rules Lawyer, you agree to these terms.

Rules answers

Answers are generated with artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Citations are provided for verification. The official rulebook, publisher clarification, event policy, and tournament judge always take precedence.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not abuse the service, evade usage limits, interfere with security, scrape at scale, or use it unlawfully.

Credits and payments

Accounts receive two free ruling credits each week. Free credits reset on Monday, do not accumulate, and are used before purchased credits. Purchased credits remain available until used. One credit is charged only when a researched ruling is successfully returned; clarification requests and service errors are not charged. Credit packs are sold by Kevin Jonas at the quantity and price shown at checkout, and payment is processed by Stripe. Accounts that already had beta access when the credit system launched retain permanent unlimited access. Other paid or promotional access remains subject to the terms presented when it was issued.

Your content

You retain ownership of questions and feedback you submit. You permit us to process that content to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Availability

The beta is provided “as is” and may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and liability for decisions made from generated answers.

Termination

Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms.
